Training For Leaders
Support for Headteachers is at the heart of our work. We offer termly Headteacher Meetings, which provide leaders with high quality input on current and emerging issues, alongside an opportunity to network with colleagues from across Warwickshire, Coventry and Leicestershire. Our recent training in supporting school Subject Leaders in their monitoring and evaluation of their subject in the EYFS has been very well received – please get in touch if you would like more information.
Training for EYFS
Supporting the Early Years is our passion and we draw on our experience and expertise in this area to provide professional development in the leadership of this Key Stage. Recent work has included growing the Curriculum, defining pedagogy and developing approaches to assessment. We also offer packages for EYFS Leaders who are looking to develop their knowledge and skills in leadership. Click on the link to find out more.
About us
We call upon a select group of highly trained and qualified people to undertake training either one to one or in groups. Personally I am passionate about supporting Headteachers to meet the challenges of leading effective schools. I offer extensive experience in school leadership including 16 years as an Executive Headteacher and Headteacher. I have worked as a Local Authority Advisor, Local Leader of Education, and a Pupil Premium Grant Reviewer. As part of my consultancy work I fulfil short-term strategic leadership roles within schools. I look forward to working in partnership with you – Jeanette.
