I am passionate about supporting Headteachers to meet the challenges of leading effective schools. I offer extensive experience in school leadership including 14 years as a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher. I have worked as a Local Authority Advisor, Local Leader of Education, and a Pupil Premium Grant Reviewer. Alongside my consultancy work, I am currently an interim Co- Executive Head .
